[QSDetailedView] Revamp the internet details view UI (part1)

- Added internet_connectivity_details.xml which is used by the details
view.
    -Removed
        - the progress bar divider,
        - the mobile divider,
        - done button,
        - title and subtitle
    -Added
        - Mobile toggle entry

- Replaced the customized switch with the material switch, which
is used in the settings page
- Colors of the Entry Title, Sub title, progress bar
- Font and weight of the text
- Paddings
