EXTRA_CHOOSER_PAYLOAD_RESELECTION_ACTION -> EXTRA_CHOOSER_MODIFY_SHARE_ACTION 

Functionally the same as before, just a slight change in semantics:
instead of focusing solely on reselection, broaden to a 'modify share'
affordance.
