Add Droid Ethiopic fonts

Add the Ver 1.02 Droid Ethiopic fonts from Monotype.

Adding to git, but not adding them into the fonts.mk file (to copy
to production builds) until we have Fallback support for multiple
styles (i.e. Regular and Bold).
