More precise status bar battery icons.

The rule is: 1px per 5%, which just about covers the entire
bounding box of the battery body (21px, actually).

(For the charging animation I got lazy and just cut an image
every 10% / 2px.)

Color band reference:
	Green: 100-30%
	Yellow: 25-20%
	Orange: 15%
	Red: 10-0%
