Catch exceptions while handling notification profiles. 

Some users have reported issues with Notification Profiles and GTalk. However, the exception is
being swallowed by the marshalling framework while crossing the process boudary. I've added code
to log this in the NotificationManagerService.

Could you push this up for the next nightly please, so that I can get the stack trace to debug this.
