Fix MixMatchCriterion conversion from native side

Fixed typo for conversion of MixMatchCriterion in native side and
also initialized bundle and formatted tags in the private constructor
of AudioAttributes to fix the null object exception when constructing
MixMatchCriterion from parcel.
