PowerManager: cleanup async traces 

Merge WakeLock trace tracks into "WakeLocks" and SuspendBlocker tracks
into "SuspendBlockers" to create fewer tracks and make traces easier
to navigate.

Test: WakeLock/SuspendBlocker traces appear
