Resovle hidden connectivity methods usage in SystemUITests

Connectivity hidden methods are no longer accessible outside
the module scope. Thus, replace the usage with equivalent
methods.

Test: 1. remove framework-connectivity.impl from framework bp
      2. cd frameworks/base/packages/SystemUI/tests ; mm
      3. atest SystemUITests
