Play device entry haptics from the mainImmediateDispatcher

Don't delay playing the device entry haptics. This
could lead to the success haptic not playing due
to the keyguard root view no longer showing on
fingerprint success.

Test: manually succeed fingerprint from AOD
or screen off; observe haptic always played
