Cleaned up UserManagerServiceUserInfoTest:

- Moved tests that don't depend on UserManagerService to UserInfoTest
  (testParcelUnparcelUserInfo(), testCopyConstructor(),
   testSupportSwitchTo_partial(), testSupportSwitchTo_disabled(),
   testSupportSwitchTo_preCreated(), testSupportSwitchTo_profile())
- Removed redundant test that is already present on UserInfoTest
  (testCanHaveProfile())
