Port from cm-10.2 + add missing translations

PS2: Fix whitespace

PS3: Ciche godziny -> Godziny ciszy

PS4(Core): Redesign and clean (it looks like default one now), translate missing strings

PS5: Fixing (thanks Piotr)

PS6: Buttons name will be in uppercase like in cm-10.2: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_frameworks_base/blob/cm-10.2/packages/SystemUI/res/values-pl/cm_strings.xml#L55
