  + Baseline align all header elements.
  + Make clock clickable.
  + Remove clock tile.
  + Reorder tiles.
  + Hide status bar behind panel on phones.
  + Make status bar peek animation show the whole header on phones.
  + Stop hiding status bar bits on phones.
