audio: fix getting additionalOutputDeviceDelay fail on audio aidl.

In case of aidl implementation can not get additionalOutputDeviceDelay
with value. Modify the key/value definition to return all supported
devices from hal which are composited with "device,address,delay"
and separated by "|".
