Fix for GPS engines without separate session and engine status events. 



GPS_STATUS_SESSION_BEGIN now implies GPS_STATUS_ENGINE_ON
and GPS_STATUS_ENGINE_OFF now implies GPS_STATUS_SESSION_END.
