[EXPD] Fix theme bridge material theme parent

Base.ThemeOverlay.MaterialComponents.PlatformBridge and
ThemeOverlay.MaterialComponents.PlatformBridge use incorrect parent
theme, fix so they use MaterialComponent base theme parent
