Drag to desktop animation fix. 

The changes to startBounds in If212628d13e746b069c27f16b2ed5194f4d57111 resulted in the animation's startBounds being shrunk. This CL animates a copy of startBounds rather than letting animBounds and startBounds be the same Rect.
