fix ImageView.getImageMatrix()

getImageMatrix() does not return "mDrawMatrix",  instead it returns
mMatrix.  This is not reflecting the matrix used in drawing when
Bitmap is changed and mDrawMatrix is set to null while mMatrix still
holds old invalid data.
