Added change which enables the auto confirm feature flag to default to 

true.

This change aims at making the auto confirm feature flag default to true. This is in line with release team latest guidance who
recommended to set it to true.

Bug: b/279974105
Test: Tested by building and flashing on local and checking if the
changes are available or not
