Add BundleNotificationInfo for bundled guts

Creates skeleton for BundleNotificationInfo, the layout that will show
when a bundled notification is long-pressed.

BundleNotificationInfo(Test) is forked from NotificationInfo, with the
addition of a Feedback button that is shown if we find the related NAS
intent.
