[ActivityManager] Reset ActivityRecord's waitingVisible 

Symptom:
The ActivityRecord's waitingVisible is not set to false for
all cases when the ActivityRecord is removed from
mStackSupervisor.mWaitingVisibleActivities.

Solution:
Set the waitingVisible to false when it is removed from
mStackSupervisor.mWaitingVisibleActivities
