Fix perfetto tracing of manual transitions 

Currently, manual transitions are marked as started but never end in
perfetto, because a different slice name is generated for the start and
end of the animations.

Flag: EXEMPT bugfix
Test: collected perfetto traces on manual glanceable hub transitions and
verified they are shown correctly
