Renaming isAttemptingFactoryReset to new name

Scope of isAttemptingFactoryReset method was updated to include both the
reboots that were triggered by RescueParty.
As it would be made an API, refactoring it to isRecoveryTriggeredReboot
which seems a better name with expanded scope.
