Revert "Increase javax.obex performance"

This reverts commit 4cecacb0.

There are some problems with this patch. UUIDs in the HeaderSet are
being padded with 16 extra null bytes, which breaks PBAP and FTP
profiles.

Reverting until I have a chance to debug it.
