Camera: Update Low Light Boost Docs

I9809e977f updated the metadata_definitions.xml but the changes were
not reflected in CameraMetadata.java and CaptureResult.java.

This patch runs metadata-generate to update the autogenerated
files with the new low light boost documentation.
