Merge changes from topic "cameraserver-hidl-impl"

* changes:
  cameraserver: Implement HIDL ICameraDeviceUser and ICameraDeviceCallbacks.
  cameraserver: Implement AIDL wrapper class for HIDL ICameraServiceListener.
