Fix WaveGenerator memory leak 

Releasing memory with ToneGenerator::stopTone() depends on
ToneGenerator::mState that can cause memory leak in case
mState is TONE_INIT.

Remove dependency to mState by adding ToneGenerator::clearWaveGens()
explicit call in ToneGenerator destructor.
