Added usage to init call for audiostream registration. 

Player type AAudio are always initialized with AUDIO_USAGE_MEDIA. Added
fix to initialize with assigned usage.

Test: ran native application with usage of AUDIO_USAGE_NOTIFICATION
Test: atest CtsNativeMediaAAudioTestCases
