aaudio: prevent memory leak from double configure 

Prevent AudioEndpoint from being configure()d twice.
Check return value of AudioEndpoint.configure().
Prevent AudioStreamInternal from being open()ed twice.

Test: adb shell dumpsys media.audio_flinger --unreachable
