audio: execute setVoiceVolume for USB device during inCall usecase 

setVoiceVolume is not getting executed for USB device when USB
is connected before the call. Therefore voice volume is not
getting changed during call.

Fix is to execute setVoiceVolume if USB device is connected
during call
