Metrics logging IDrm implementation

Added metrics logging to IDrm implementation for
error, createPlugin and OpenSession events.

Bug: 260066511

Test: gts-tradefed run gts --abi arm64-v8a -m GtsMediaTestCases
Test: atest CtsMediaDrmFrameworkTestCases
