Rename vendor-ramdisk to vendor_ramdisk 

Rename to get consistent ramdisk directory naming in
out/target/product/<name>:
  debug_ramdisk
  ramdisk
  vendor_debug_ramdisk
  vendor_ramdisk

Test: build and inspect out/target/product/<name>
