Remove aconfig storage files from next allolwlist 

Bug: 369678122
Test: verified that these files do not appear in the `fileList` of
`generic_system_image` when building with TARGET_RELEASE=aosp_current
(more precisely, any release config which is not trunk_staging or
trunk)
