Add fake host snapshot support 

Map HOST_FAKE_SNAPSHOT_ENABLE to HostFakeSnapshotEnabled() method.

Test: m HOST_FAKE_SNAPSHOT_ENABLE=true host-fake-snapshot dist -- check snapshot exists in dist
