Adding gsk_keys.mk 

Adds the following line into a device.mk in order to include
GSI keys into the first-stage ramdisk.

   $(call inherit-product, $(SRC_TARGET_DIR)/product/gsi_keys.mk)

Test: make checks $OUT/ramdisk/avb/.
