Set system property ro.product.page_size 

When target sets TARGET_BOOTS_16K, it should boot
with 16KB page size. Adding system property based on TARGET_BOOTS_16K.

Test: m Vts16KPageSizeTest && atest -c Vts16KPageSizeTest
