Revert^4 "Add the Private Space app to preinstalled apps on AOSP." 

This reverts commit 2f01b8f6.

Reason for revert: b/399722588#comment44 breakage on the git_main-trusty branch has been mitigated by created the required build on a branch that includes the PrivateSpace module
