Fix fileslist for system other image

This got lost from the previous backport, since systemotherimage wasn't
in AOSP yet.

(The Merged-In is a random Change-Id only on master so that this only
merges up to master)

Test: lunch aosp_marlin-eng; m -j systemotherimage
