Revert^2 "16k: core: Enable TARGET_NO_BIONIC_PAGE_SIZE_MACRO by default on Android V targets" 

This reverts commit 5c295689.

Reason for revert: Fixed the breaking tests on `aosp_cf_x86_64` target.
