[QKSMS] [Message] Improve searching contact's names with accent

Hello, I noticed that in QKSMS when I search a contact with accent it is not found, if I type the not accented letter. In my case I type "sebastien", it returns no result. If I type "sébastien" it find my contact "sébastien".

Both conversation list and new message contact field are concerned.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
