Remove types PIN_IME_POPUP and TASKBAR_ALL_APPS from TYPE_ACCESSIBILE. 

Users should be able to focus on content below the popup (i.e. the
search results). TYPE_ACCESSIBLE forces focus to only be on the
AbstractFloatingView.
