Offer the user to choose or automatically create/select a category when importing

When a user creates a recipe by pasting a url, the recipe is automatically sorted in a category. But this way of organizing things may not be convenient for the user as it's pretty detailed (for now I have a new category for each recipe I imported via url). So it could be great to offer the user to choose the category in which they want to import the recipe.
