### I can't find an App  

`Solution:` Turn OFF Fake location or/and IP spoofing while you search for the app, and you'll be able to find it.

`Reason:` App developers sometimes limit the locations where their app can be downloaded. So, some apps will disappear from the search results if you've using Advanced Privacy to fake your location outside the country where the app is available.



### I am unable to install or update apps  

`Solution:` Log out and log in to your account via the settings in App Lounge.  

`Reason:` Broken responses, rate limiting from Google, or expired authentication tokens are some of the few reasons.  



### I am unable to install or update apps even after logging out and logging in  

`Solution:` Clear App Lounge's data by navigating to Settings > Apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage.

`Reason:` We don't know yet all the issues causing this but we're working on making this trouble disappear.  



### I am unable to login in App Lounge via an Anonymous account  

`Solution:` Clear App Lounge's data by navigating to Settings > Apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage, then wait for a while before you use the Anonymous account login again.  

`Reason:` Anonymous Google accounts are randomly shared across all App Lounge users. Sometimes Google disables these accounts. We keep adding new accounts as fast as we can.
