## Upgrade your Murena Cloud storage plan 

1. Login to your [Murena Cloud](https://murena.io) account using your credentials

1. Login to your [murena.com](https://murena.com) account using credentials of account with which you bought your original subscription

1. If you have paid for your original subscription using **PayPal** as the payment method, please cancel your original subscription before going to the next step

    - In case you want to cancel subscription before subscription plan ends, please contact support at [helpdesk@murena.io](mailto:helpdesk@murena.io)

1. Upgrade from your Murena Cloud account by clicking on the "Increase storage size" button in the "Files" app

1. You will be taken to a page with plans for upgrade. Select your desired plan from here

1. You will be taken to checkout where you can pay for your storage upgrade

1. Once payment is successful, your storage quota will be updated automatically

## Upgrade your Murena Cloud storage

NOTE: If you paid with *PayPal* for your original subscription, you must cancel it by sending an email to [helpdesk@murena.io](mailto:helpdesk@murena.io). Wait for a response from us before proceeding with your current purchase.

1. Log in to [Murena cloud](https://murena.io).

2. You can either click **UPGRADE STORAGE** on your Dashboard or click **Increase storage size** in the Murena cloud files app. Both the options will redirect you to the subscriptions page.

3. On the subscriptions page, scroll down and click Login with Murena ID. You may be asked to re-enter your password.

This login ensures that the benefits will be applied to the account of your choice.

4. After logging in, you'll be taken back to the subscriptions page to choose one of our plans.

You have the option of paying monthly or annually.

5. Enter your billing information and complete the purchase. Following a successful payment, we will automatically apply the new storage benefits to your account. Enjoy!
