Remove GraphicBuffer accessor from DetachedBuffer 

Those accessor are not used outside of buffer_hub-test. Moreover, in
the new design, GraphicBuffer will depend on DetachedBuffer rather
than DetachedBuffer depending on GraphicBuffer.
