Merge changes from topic "sfinput4"

* changes:
  SurfaceFlinger Input: Correct screen magnification.
  Remove inputflinger.rc as init file
  SurfaceFlinger Input: Shrink frame by surfaceInsets.
  InputDispatcher: Notify policy of focus changes.
  Rework InputApplicationInfo
  Replace InputWindowInfo#inputChannel with an IBinder token.
