Revert "Have `otapreopt_chroot` bind-mount Bionic artifacts from the Runtime APEX."

This reverts commit c3265aef.

Reason for revert: No need to bind-mount bionic libraries

/system/lib/libc.so is a symlink directly to
/apex/com.android.runtime/lib/bootstrap/libc.so.
