Stop calling setPowerMode in VrFlinger 

Seems that SetPowerMode from VrFlinger is causing the HIDL HWC service
(android.hardware.graphics.composer@2.1-service) to hang.

Test: Start particles, stop particles, start CubeSea; stop CubeSea
