ARM: dts: msm: 8974 V2 specific regulator setting

Regulator settings are moved from general sensor
dtsi to 8974 V2 specific ones. This change applies to
8974 cdp, fluid, liquid and mtp.
After this change, camera vote for automode applies
in V2 only but not PRO.
