ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: Add LEC support for SVA

Add Linear Echo Cancelation(LEC) support for SVA.
LSM will connect to ADM to apply LEC and improve detection
performance. In non-LEC case, LSM will directly connect to AFE
similar to existing mechanism.
Polling will be disabled in case of LEC.
