ARM: dts: msm: add WLAN GPIO regulator device for APQ8084 CDP 



The WLAN chip found on APQ8084 CDP board is powered via an
external regulator controlled by PMA8084 GPIO 20. This external
regulator outputs a constant 3.3 V.
